✨Check out our latest paper exploring how flexible work arrangements (FWAs) relate to gender disparities in housework. Wife’s use of FWAs can increase her housework and reduce her husband’s housework, while husband’s impact depends on both partners’ gender ideologies.

Many students hesitate to come to office hours because they don't know what to say. I've started explicitly asking all students to attend at least once and providing sentence starters—it's made a big difference in increasing participation.

I hope everyone in LA stays safe. And for pregnant women, I also hope for calm and recuperation. Wildfire exposure reduces infant health, especially for mothers with low SES, and it seems mostly due to stress.
