This is fabulous.
It doesn’t say that manual and exercise therapy are worthless, far from it. It contextualises it and encourages the therapist to think beyond the mechanics and towards what sensitises our systems to the point that the least provocation can send you into pain and dysfunction.

This is absolutely fantastic and exactly where we should be going as a profession. Not trying to be doctors or expert triage signposters, but playing to our strengths and expanding beyond, to treat the causes of the cause. Brilliant!

Aujourd'hui on voit comment bosser le chaos (parce que la vie c'est pas linéaire remember), les déchirures massives de coiffes, épaules gelées et prothèses inversées. Tout ce qui peut faire peur parce que en pratique clinique c'est le chaos de certains kinés (au moins moi)

"Il faut prévoir de rééduquer le chaos. Des mouvements imprévus, intenses, inattendus, chaotiques, parce qu'il y a toujours une part de chaos dans la vie et qu'on veut que nos patient.e.s reprennent confiance en ça aussi"
