It’s only hard because we make it hard. I sometimes make the statement “Surprisingly normal diastolic function parameters”. Should we always thoughtlessly follow the numbers on e’ and only use the new 2025 guidelines algorithm? I’d say no. Though … we’re better than the 2016 version 🤷♂️
