This was proof of concept with bovine blood and accuracy was tested over 1-2 years depending on the experiment.

Passing along access to one of our latest articles – this one is pretty cool – we looked at fluorophores from the “waste” in routine DNA workflow to age bloodstains. Hopefully this can be integrated into case work one day. One person’s trash can be another person’s treasure! 😉 (thread below)
