Very cool mechanics! I can see these helping make each world unique to navigate. Black goop worlds have a lot of platforming and moving distances, green goop worlds have a lot of enemies to defend against.
Makes the way you handle each world really interesting!

Also created this "Roar" ability that slows down the opponent. I'm testing having the ability fly to the opponent, and I think I like it.
Still lots of work to do, but this is a big step!

Created a new cooldown system that I love. These current abilities increase the "mult" on the base speed. More abilities coming in later updates!

Pretty good, I overhauled the ability system and UI which took some time. I finally got a full game loop this last week!
