Having scanned the other comments I think that the big problem with LLMs is the First L for "Large". What we need are more Specialized / Small Language models. SLMs that can be run localy to reduce Environmental impact, and that are trained on curated and narrow bodies with permission and purpose.

Can anyone explain to me why pages/apps nowadays always show a false vision for a moment before reorganizing everything, always leading to my impatient finger clicking the wrong thing. Couldn't the page just stay blank until it was actually done loading? Why does it need to lie to me?

OK so this is totally random. But in Lion King 2 during the song when all the animals are mad at Kovu one says "Deception" in a particular dramatic nasally tone. And now whenever something goes well I say "Perfection" and I say it in that same tone. For no apparent reason other than my own humor.

Whenever I'm writing fantasy I regularly remind myself that the fantastical world I'm creating didn't have the same history to our own and is thusly not beholden to the precise cultural or technological limitations of specific past eras. Especially if there are wizards.

When a book contains a fact, the fact will always be presented the same way by that book. A book's answer doesn't change based on a probability algorithm. When an LLM contains a fact, it also contains fallacies around that fact and constructs statements semi randomly, thus inconsistently.
