Self-care isn't selfish. Sometimes we do have to put it aside for other reasons, back make sure you come back to it. You deserve it.
Keep at it. The system isn't great but you are!
Make it your mission to consider your own mental health. It's not always comfortable, but change never is. If you're in a great place, great! Write down why and keep it for those times you may not be. If you aren't in a great place, do something for yourself. You are important.
