The Broligarchy's First World War?
AI-guided weapons, two out-of-control authoritarians, no legal authority and a toxic mess of masculinity: welcome to the manosphere's first major conflict
NEW: Is this the broligarchy’s first world war? AI, like war & rape, is a hyper-masculine fantasy of God-like power, a myth at the dark heart of what we’re seeing play out in the Gulf. This war hasn’t replaced the Epstein scandal. It is the Epstein scandal.

No surprises for anyone who has been following - we lack a strategy on building energy and renovation - and Ireland has not yet published its building renovation plans. Our approach is hit and miss, hazard and without a systems transformative strategy #Ireland #buildings #energy #climate

Thinking like a Mountain
Professor John Feehan, Geologist and Botanist, argues that the rewetting of bogs may prove to be a major missed opportunity for nature, and that we need to adjust our timeframes to think like mountain...
wonderful to hear John Feehan (who did a remarkable speech for #Tóchar last year) articulate his deep time thinking of nature (Thinking like a Mountain) www.rte.ie/radio/radio1... -John brings us back to truth that there's no 'quick fixes' and we need to listen to nature as much as local people.

The EU needs to start from premise that the US-Israel commencement of war is illegal - and Israel is now carving up Lebanon - it's hardly surprising that the consequences of it is that Iran is 'exporting war' - the cycle begins in White House

The real point here is that the hotel just did a massive refurbishment - and should have insulated all the rooms - and done acoustic checks - anyone who has stayed in inner city hotel in Paris - right beside nightclubs and night life - know if it's done properly the sound protection is very high

Fossil fuels must be phased out as early as by 2029, with "limited to no opportunity for new investments in fossil fuel systems"
Our tax system "supports use of fossil fuels through environmentally harmful subsidies ... This is inconsistent with Ireland’s climate objectives"

Climate change is here now.
Our actions can still determine whether we avoid worst climate impacts.
Interesting to note how atmospheric carbon rose by 111.05 parts per million from 1948, when An Taisce was founded, to now.
In stark contrast is the modest 22.80ppm rise over previous 78 years.
