I'm just so fucking bored of every shooter being extraction or BR. I can stomach stalker gamma but thats single player and not really an extraction game, and sometimes I just want to actually have fun. Battle Royale and Extraction Shooters are the polar opposite of fun for me.

I mean sure there's CoD but, y'know, actiblizz. Plus CoD got pushed off a cliff and then had what was left of its freshly cliff-drop-mangled corpse shat on and shoved in a blender.

Are there even any cod-esque shooters any more? I just wanna have fun and not play the 7 quadrillionth battle royale or extraction shooter (neither genre is very fun to me tbh). I miss team deathmatch tbh but all the old games like warface and ironsight are dead or about to be shut down.

Made some adjustments to this little program to make it work a little better. CustomTKinter is still a nightmare and my code for it could still use some work, but I've learned quite a bit about threading, hashlib and file I/O that I can use later down the line for other projects.

object oriented programming might help but thats my next freecodecamp module so I havent quite touched on that properly yet.

I mostly get classes and instances, but not really how to actually apply them to real world problems, or where thats relevant.

realised I didnt know how to check a SHA 256 hash on windows, so threw together a thing in python as a learning exercise and converted it to an exe with auto-py-to-exe. Its a little slow and only does 256 and not 512, but it works well enough and was mostly about learning how to do things
