Same, that's the issue. I feel writer's block, art block and stream block ^^
The 10K+ steps are my way to work and back so that is something I do anyway. It is not forced to me. Also, I am German just going for a walk is considered an amusement ^^ (at least it's the cliché).
My motivational stuff is more to stick to stuff I want to do every day. (Writing, Art, Streaming)
Give me some of that. I need motivation (not to move around, I get my 10K steps in and that is my limit currently ^^)
Be glad you can be motivated easy sometimes. There will be times when not even a muscle mommy dragging you to the gym will motivate you ^^
