There will be another on 2/2 before Arrow Through the Heart! Reflection "homework" will be shared after each roundtable. Discord link can be found in our linktree.

We have a plan to get through January together. Lots of our events are virtual, so wrap yourself in a blanket, grab a snack, and join us from the couch!

Sadly, Moose is not part of our Introvert’s Corner. But crochet plants, soft lighting, and soon, this weighted blanket all have a spot at our large events. Need a place to quietly process? Wanna just be in your phone (or snuggle your stuffie) for a few minutes? We got you.

When we talk about consent, we like to talk abt how it *feels* in the body. Sometimes, our body knows how we feel about a situation when we haven't processed it consciously yet.
Common stress responses: Fight, Flight, Fawn, Freeze or Flop, are one way for your body to tell you something is wrong.
