(just trying to help ❤️‍🩹) sometimes i tell myself i need to get up for my pet like to refill their water bowl or feed them then once i’m up i just brush my teeth and wipe my face with a cloth. put on a casual outfit and just get myself to work. take it easy there! and talk to your support system ❤️‍🩹
