Yeah that was a real omission in my part.

A month ago I couldn’t have imagined Keir Starmer riding high and Nigel Farage being laughed at for Chagos, Trump and support of an illegal war. It just goes to show that no one can speculate on an election over 3 years away.

I find a lot of what Labour are doing is positive. Not all but certainly a lot.

I just want to say I love this focus by Labour on our communities. Rebuilding our relationships with our neighbours, often divided through deliberate divisive politics from Tories, Reform and other RW destroyers. So many benefits.

It’s taken Reform ten days of war and being ghosted by Trump to read the country and come out against the illegal Iran war. In reality they’d have been up for killing children and innocent people for the last 10 days. Never forget.

Whilst the news is monopolised with the Iran our Labour gov continues to deliver for the British people. Further measures to protect women and girls delivering on manifesto commitments alongside strengthening our communities and helping 16 year olds with vocational options 👏👏👏

So Farage couldn’t gain access to the Chagos Islands last week.

This week he couldn’t gain access to Donald Trump.

What a load of air miles he’s clocked up for his donors.

Farage is a complete waste of space. Can’t organise his own visits let alone run a country.

The locals in May have nothing to do with a GE. Starmer is going nowhere.

This is the week to get behind our Country. That means getting behind our PM. Whatever your preferences he is the man doing the tough job.

This is our livelihoods and lives it’s not a time for personal favourites. Our country must come together. Blitz mentality required.

The last week has been one of Keir Starmer’s best weeks.

When I first started out as a journalist I thought it paid to have a background in US history when covering America. Then I thought it would probably be better to be a constitutional lawyer with expertise in jurisprudence. Now I think it would be useful to be a psychiatrist.

Trevor Phillips after his interview with Yvette Cooper seems to have been forced to correct his comment about Blair criticising Keir Starmer.

He said that Blair had made the comments in private and not for publication and that they have been taken out of context.

Interesting

He did. That part of his legacy is strong and should be remembered.

Important fact:

Trump wants Right Wing politics throughout Europe.

His man for Britain is Nigel Farage.

He needs Starmer out and his man in.

He doesn’t know how Britain works or thinks.

As always, he’s got it badly wrong.

The day Blair joined Trump’s Board of Peace was the day I switched off completely from anything he might say, think or do.
