I thought of a nice meditation at 4am last night when I couldn’t sleep
You start with breathing, in and out, but through your heart
Next you think of a moment in your past, one you are grateful for
Then a moment in your present
Then one in your future
Time is an illusion; we weave it with love
The problem with convenience is that it’s convenient.
The benefits are obvious.
The costs are concealed.
We fall for it every time.
Always ask what you are paying to take that short cut or save that half-hour.
