I don’t think the pass helped him. If the ball arrives sooner he can just put his foot through it but there was some cover from the defender. I think that’s why he tried to cut across the ball.
Szoboszlai (I think it was him) does that a lot. Needs to release it earlier.

I’ve spent years, decades, obsessing over the Bush Administration’s Iraq WMD lies, writing about them, debunking them.
I can think of no lie about Iraq WMDs told by Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al that comes even close to the enormity and absurdity of this lie from Donald Trump.

I think that is something I will criticise Slot for … use of the Bench resources. I know the squad is thin but look how well Rob Edwards used his Bench last night when Wolves were tiring.
Sometimes fresh legs and enthusiasm will work, especially if then”quality” has already done their bit
