More football prototypes added to the site today, with three very early ones for Kick Off 3: European Challenge on the #SEGA #MegaDrive. Showcasing some pitch side graphics and completely different menus and logos that never made the final cut.

Show me your getaway vehicle.
I had this on C64. A lot of c64 owners I knew did! We played it a lot (well, loaded it up a lot!) and it’s better than Street Fighter 2!

Issue 19 of the Official Playstation magazine is a banger. So many great games reviewed. The start of my Shutokou Battle love started here.
Going by the jacket…. Was his secret sadness that he was too tall to be a jockey?
Thanks. I’ll try and keep up. Pete’s one of the good ones.
I only have this and X.
But I do find myself posting less and less. Not for anything on my posts. But just the general air of BS that sneaks into the timeline. Football I expect it (sadly) but retro shouldn’t be like that.
What??? All Pete did was post about his PlayStation collection and comment on the odd sports game. It was a shame when he left Twitter.
I’ve seen too many good people up and leave social media over the last few years. I hope they are all good
Predator
Adidas!
OK, one more as you’ve all been so good today 😂😂
This is prob the funniest one - especially with your man calling the goalie a Big C***.
Quite the surprise 😂😂
Enjoy!!

This looks really good! Someone should do it for the much much better C64 version!
The front cover of the book They Used to Play on Grass. The top has the authors names of Gordon Williams and Terry Venables in a bold font, with the book title below, and in italics "their great football novel." The bottom shows a number of people in long coats getting off a train towards a football ground with a banner "Up the commoners" in green and black in the background.
Co-author, along with Gordon Williams. Terry used a pseudonym called P B Yuill.
Before that and before Terry took the pseudonym they co-wrote They Used to Play on Grass.
Going to wishlist now!
That must be where the money is on YouTube…..
