I had been planning on getting a serger for my banners, then had a hard time sourcing bandana blanks during the tariff debacle last year so I just started doing it. Now I’m debating getting white fabric and dyeing it myself, I am a sick, sick person 😢

Like everyone else I’ve been watching the horrors unfold as emboldened fascists take to the streets and murder people. However seeing people band together and fight back has been heartening and that inspired this piece I drew up this weekend, depicting a good old fashioned peasants’ revolt.

Imo what’s also going on with AI artists is the napkin scribble takes some security to be like ‘I don’t know how to do this, but it’s necessary to my vision so it’s fine that I can’t draw’ I think their egos can’t handle being ‘bad’ at something which is also why they will never be real artists.
