Yeah. If this had happened at night, where it happened, I would have froze to death laying in the snow because no one would have seen me.

I slipped on a patch of ice, went heals over ass and landed with all my weight on my right hip. My leg decided it didn't want to be part of my body at that point and here I am. It could have been much worse. I didn't hit my head so I was conscious and it was during the day so I was able to get help.

Thank a nurse today. I've been in the hospital for about 5 days now after having surgery on a broken hip/leg (abolish ice) and I could never do what they do
