My journey is living proof that the American Dream is possible – but only when everyone has access to opportunity, safety, and a strong community. These are slipping away, and we need bold action to change course.
I love our great city of Rochester – that’s why I am running for Mayor! I want to see our city succeed, but to do so we need a bit of tough love. Our schools, housing, and public safety all need significant improvements, but I know we are capable of making the change Rochester needs to thrive.
It must be financially viable, scalable, and sustainable while ensuring long-term affordability without trapping homeowners in restrictive conditions.

True affordable housing means that housing costs are genuinely within reach for low- and middle-income families without relying on government subsidies or unsustainable financial models.

Rochester lacks real opportunities for true affordable homeownership. My plan is to change that by building 4,000 truly affordable homes in just four years.
