I don't want to be too "Hashtag Magneto Was Right"
But articles like this seem like sources that Senator Kelly and the FOH would cite as a victory.
I've been thinking a lot lately about the innovations that Rob Ray brought to the sport of Hockey.
Specifically, ripping off his shirt before the other guy could
Pulling the other guys jersey over his face
And pummeling him until he stops moving or making noise.

The year is 2026
Snow Crash is Worse now.
Scratch that, slay the spire 2
I need this.
What is this game?
I very much want to build a modern rendition of this.
I already like your sense of humor.
Writing for action has the same problem.
It's choreography.
It's the dance and the elements that are involved.
Instead of focusing on individual actions, focus on the feelings you're trying to push across.
The 'why' of it all is a lot more important than the 'what' or the 'how'
In my experience
Not that I'm trying to get out of it, we were in Naples until the 1900s.
OK neat!
I was going through events for another game that had stuff like "player has ship x" or "reputation > 400"
I love getting into the weeds on these things.
Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!
How do you manage conditional lines, prerequisites or whatever?
I like it. I like my lists to have one item per line so it's readable while editing, but I like it.
Yes!
"Instances of high resource use followed by a bluescreen, memory dump, forced restart, and several events marked" warning, error, critical"
Not simulated or virtual?
context?
She was scolding him for posting something passively inflamitory about the Superbowl and she was saying
'Your parents were immigrants, you love other cultures, the gays love you, why would you post something like this when you know (cousin) Frankie and (sister) Chris are going to have a field day!"
If nothing else, thank you for the perspective, because while I generally don't just 'save pictures of pretty girls on my phone', it makes me aware of how my actions might affect people.
Hopefully I can pass this on to my kids and teach them to be considerate as well.
Thank you
Without an explanation, it especially something as just a profile selfie, It feels bad. It feels threatening. It feels like "I'm watching you".
Not that you need it from me, but I think that feeling you expressed was valid. It makes me consider what I might be doing that makes others uncomfortable.
Like if I wanted to save an image of someone, for whatever reason, I'd take a screenshot. "I like this hair, this outfit looks cute, this makes me happy, screenshot"
But saving via the app is public, it's like block vs mute.
It's sending a message to the poster that "Somebody saved this"
@quietblkgrl.blacksky.app I was thinking about your post the other day about how someone saved an image through bsky.
The whole experience seems weird to me because... Well a lot of things, but because saved posts are public facing.
Ever watch"the mole"?
It was one of those first reality TV shows where they find the spy.
It wasn't bad for what it was.
Season 1 of discovery 's 'the colony' was good too, they had an engineer in a realistic survival situation.
Is this a basement apartment?
Quite frankly, that's the fucking point.
Also in most states, if there's no working kitchen, it's not an apartment, so that's a thing.
Not a perfect solution, but it's a solution until the landlord can be taken to small claims
So there's a drain and two pipes feeding to it.
If you can find a way or a person to cap the drain and the disposal,
and turn off the shut-off to the hot and cold water in,
your down a sink, but at least your floor is dry.
Wrenches are cheap? Can you take off the S bend and replace it with a cap?
Or is that graywater?
Do you have access to a shutpff valve?
