Vet care is through the roof like everything else. But vets and vet techs remain some of the most awesome people ever. They're victims of it like the rest of us, and they're just trying to help animals. ❤️
Nearly $700 for my two senior cats' biannual checkups with baseline labs yesterday. It gets more expensive each time. Their insurance went up so much i think I'm going to just cancel it and save the money in their emergency fund instead 😆.

When you have a lot of strawberry tops, make strawberry syrup! 1 part tops, 1 part water, 1 part sugar (by weight) - boil until thickened, strain out tops, and put in jars. Can be used on pancakes or waffles, in lemonade or cocktails, however you want!

When I assemble kits, I sit on the floor with the materials around me like a weird nest. I put a movie on and start assembling. If there's cat hair in your kit, this is why.
