If you want Alliance Sethrak you really haven't been paying attention to the story

The Alliance's only interaction with the sethrak was killing them to build their harbor and getting an antidote off of one guy

The Faithless sethrak were the only ones who were hostile to the vulpera, the Devoted led by Vorrik were allies and the Horde works with them in the Vol'dun story
