It's just a combination of a lot of intensive things all at once, and I can't carry it awfy well right now.

Holding a lot of space for other people. Physically and emotionally leaned on. Unrelated, my kids are going through the mill right now. Pushing through with work. Going through psychotherapy. And not looking after myself.
Not a silly question. I just need to check the why in case I get it wrong. Why a horrible week, why I can't see the point, or why I'm drained and done? (Or all of the above)
