'fore we got wood yesterday it got down to 44°F/6.7°C inside the house. Am loathe to get up though to stoke the fire as she's so cozy sleepin in her bed on my lap

2 feet of snow, no power, no heat. The house is 55°F/12.7°C. Fun times! Using solar energy and Icelandic Wool blankets, to keep Daisy, and myself warm. It's gonna be a cold night.

Woke up from a nap to news my friends' Barkley had crossed the rainbow bridge last night. This is him sitting with me in my bed when he came to visit me at the rehab clinic in December. He was such a good boy.

Consume mass quantities and focus on heavy work on the big 4 lifts, overhead press, bench (both flat and incline), deadlifts and squats. Throw in heavy barbell rows into the mix. You'll pack on the size as long as you consume enough food.

Masks with plastic bridges that foot on the forehead will cause pressure ulcers if the straps are even remotely tight so be careful if you go that route. Nasal pillows are for me as I have varying facial hair all the time and with that mask, there are no leaks.

.. as the CPAP will force open the nasal passage. It can take about a minute but it will force the air through. Mine is auto but I do have it set to max. Best of luck. It took a bit for me to find the right mask, full nasal, etc, as I wasn't fitted initially.

Swift FX Nasal Pillows. No issues. People who tend to breathe through their mouth, prior to using a CPAP, do so because they can't get enough air through their nostrils, causing their mouth to naturally open. I used to breathe through my mouth as well but no more. Nasal congestion is not a problem..
