I love that they've all grown into their ages and have appropriate issues that older married/divorced people have. It feels like the overall tone is similar to the original but more mature (and still funny as hell).
@jmactheyounger
Scientist thinking about preventing infectious diseases. Opinions my own and sometimes the same as my lab. Gaming, exercise and D&D to stay sane. Also the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans mclachlanlab.com

I hear that in most of the world it is just a Tuesday.
Thoth Sunday never disappoints.
Riding in King Arthur today and watching the SB halftime show I am reminded that out greatest strength is our diversity and how we accept the rest of the world as our own. This is what truly makes us great. It is what will always make us great. Anything else makes us less.
Come out and see us tomorrow on what is sure to be a lovely day for the Krewe of King Arthur. Grab some grails and spread the joy of Mardi Gras. Hope to catch you on the route!
Last of Us parts 1 and 2 are two in my top 5 of all time. They are both beautiful and stressful in all the best ways.
We were just communicating with a MN friend today about contributing $$ to the makers of these vests and plan to help. I am inspired by these heroes.
Screenshot showing Ye's new album Bully is being released on January 30, 2026.
So curious. I can't imagine why now.
We miss Sheed in New Orleans but glad to see him thriving somewhere good.
Not to mention that June is perfect for these guys on the golf course.
Raking my roof in St. Louis Park in 0 degree weather was the sweatiest I have ever been in the cold.
Ohhhh. Where did you get those? Looking for bulk since Gary's closed.
All of this. When we have friends visit for the first time their minds are blown. And they want to come back. We have been riding in King Arthur for 13 years now and it is such a part of us that I would't know what to do otherwise. Glitter everywhere. NOLA can be hard sometimes but MG is a light.
BuT wuT abOuT pER CApiTa (sarcasm)?
Your transfers are amazing.
This truly is incredible reporting and work.
Take On Me is my fave but this one broke my brain when it came out (says the old guy). www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJWJ...
This is the one.
Because my wife captures everything in pictures I know it was July of 2013. Pretty sure it was a Friday so probably the Washboard Chaz Blues Trio or the Cottonmouth Kings. Not sure how late we were there but it was fun (and really packed). Although it was a brief interaction she seemed cool.
Drew Brees is a first ballot hall of famer and this is not a controversial post. He should get all the votes this year. All of them.
Was at a packed Spotted Cat music club one night and saw Judy Greer at the bar. We both bought a Miller High Life and agreed it was indeed the champagne of beers. Those were the only words we said to each other. Photo bombed a pic she took with someone else at the club. Wish I had that photo.
Watching my two grown sons drink wine and talk about their D&D campaigns feels like a fucking win when wins are hard to come by. Feeling some hope this holiday season.
I have followed her for a long time and was amazed at her incredible science but also at what a decent human she was. I am so sorry to hear this. She will be missed.
Look I know it is a long shot but RMFW!
That really sucks. So sorry to hear that. It is an awful disease.
Oh this is an incredible review. "The main trouble with 1587 Prime isnβt its child-like idea of luxury. Itβs that itβs a steakhouse that doesnβt nail the steaks." Ouch.
Same for me (exact preferences you have) and it looks like it is enabled by the university's IT department if you are using Office 365 provided by the university. Seems the only way to remove is to email the IT department and have them disable for you (if they agree).
This was me. And even with a toboggan hat yesterday. That's after spending 6 years in Minneapolis where this was shorts and t-shirt weather for me. How quickly I readjusted to what is cold (to be fair it really is a damp cold here).
