Very proud of our #BMCimRes internal medicine residents for coming up with this project idea and seeing it through to publication! We looked at current statin prescribing practices for young adults in the US and their CVD risk.

Excited to share this research letter looking at albuminuria values in healthy adults! We followed IFCC guidelines for establishing references ranges, which had not previously been shown in the literature, and consider what “normal” should be by sex.

Very proud of this project that started as a casual conversation on #CKM syndrome with @ashunephro.bsky.social over a year ago and is now in print at #JASN! Couldn’t have done it without @ashunephro.bsky.social teaching me about cumulative incidence curves in #NHANES.
