Chris Madel also provided legal support to Jonathan Ross after he murdered Renee Good. Him dropping from the race is pragmatic, not moral.
Whenever this ends, I'm getting a Honda Fit or something so I never have to worry about it π
I've seen people write things like"Not ICE" in the salt on their cars. I've never been so thankful that my cars are visible pieces of shit.
This murder comes a day after Vance spewed that leftwing protestors need to "turn down the temperature". Jesus Christ.
Five agents had a 51-year old man on the ground, shot him, and then went back and shot him again several times when he was no longer moving. It's all on video, and yet ICE is trying to call it self defense.
ICE are lying shit heads
Please note: As our colleagues at @stateline.org reported earlier this week, footage, documents have often been at odds with DHS accounts of immigration enforcement incidents minnesotareformer.com/2026/01/23/r...
going into people's houses without a warrant. applying for a warrant to investigate a person they already killed. just wild fucking frontiers in 4th amendment law
Two women trained as first responders were abducted by three ICE agents. One of the agents starts seizing. The other two donβt know what to do. The women jump into action and save the agentβs life, only to be re-handcuffed and processed.

Superb reportage on Minneapolis from one of the all time greats.
I am extraordinarily proud of Minnesotans.
Not going to boost them, but it's a delight seeing rightwing influencers who have never been this cold having a god awful time in Minneapolis. They can't keep their phones from shaking. They can barely accuse people of being paid protestors because their teeth are chattering so hard.
βWhen an individual enters their residence, conceals themselves behind a closed door, and attempts to go about their everyday life, they are willfully impeding the important work of law enforcement officers and engaging in domestic terrorism,β said DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin
I don't know why House Dems would vote to add funding to the secret police that will one day haul them off...
Hello from Minneapolis! Let me tell you, a fed govt shutdown would definitely not be worse than boosting ICE's funding right now. If you think it's worth compromising here, you haven't been paying attention.
My favorite exception to our politicians right now is Eric Harris Bernstein on the board of estimation in taxation is in like every third photo of the protests that comes across my feed. That guy is living outside the Whipple building.
I just can't understand why some people are so quick to use a crisis to belittle the place where it happened. I lost a lot of respect for some folks after George Floyd's murder for the same reasons. Plus, Minneapolis and Tuscaloosa are well loved cities for good reasons. Infuriating.
Glad to see this little bronze bottle buddy come back to life!
I love our neighborhood.
This YouGov poll on ICE is really eye-opening. Public opinion has really swung against DHS/ICE and their terror regime.

Sharing the KSTP link because it has the full text of the initial suit.
Keith Ellison: "These poorly trained, aggressive, and armed agents of the federal state have terrorized Minnesota with widespread unlawful conduct. They're making unconstitutional arrests and using excessive force ... this has to stop."
