It softened up a lot. The eucalan bath was a milky lanolin color when it was done so there must still be some in the yarn ball. Pattern is simple LaLa with a Reyna lace bottom. Happy knitting!

Rachel. Fleece stored in the raw and unclean will rot or compost especially if in a garbage bag(holds heat in). Don’t wait to long to get to it or you will have a dumpster deposit.

I have at least this much too. I then came to the realization that if I knit it all it took up a bit more space than in its original form. All I did was spend time with it. Now I have boxes of finished pieces. So much for downsizing enjoy

#1 will not stand out the way #2 will. It is going to depend on what you are making and how vibrant you want the beads to stand out. I am also assuming the center hole is the same size. Both will work. Happy knitting black

If you get the cheap kid playroom mats that are colored be sure to put a thick towel or cloth on top before pinning knit wear down. Some of them bleed color thru and ruin your knitting. Experience!

I have 3 boys. They knit grocery bags to start and when someone ask to buy one it was a ok thing to knit. They did do scarves and hats for themselves too but friends assumed mom knit them. Fortunately they married knitters.
