Trump administration fails to indict Democrats involved in 'illegal orders' video President Donald Trump had accused six Democratic lawmakers of "seditious behavior" after they urged members of the military and intelligence communities to refuse unlawful orders.

It's very unusual to fail to secure an indictment from a federal grand jury.

There's even a famous saying about how easy it is to convince a grand jury to return a true bill.

But sources tell me Trump's DOJ secured zero / nada / not one (1) single vote in quest to indict Dems over a social video:
