I was sick for a little so I cut out caffeine to help recover. Had my first coffee beverage in a while today. For a good 20 minutes afterwards, the world definitely slowed down around me.

Went to a concert for the first time in ages. Jimmy Eat World and The Offspring. Did it right as an old person and got front row of the stadium seating. Goddamn, they both sounded phenomenal and put on a great show!

I am no one, so this makes sense

I'm always entertained by articles that just say "[x game studio] is working on their next game!". No one is sitting around between games twiddling their collective thumbs. We're always up to no good - or good - or somewhere in the middle - but there's always something.

No tooth damage bc it was soft from sitting in vinegar/garlic/chilies for half a year. Just a very surprised sharp and lingering flavor when taking what looked like a harmless bite.

Accidently dropping a single whole peppercorn into stir-fry when trying to get Thai chilis & vinegar out of a jar that is almost empty.

Latest round of physical therapy: ~40 sessions over ~4 months. Started in January and just had my last session today. This is actually better than last time I was in PT, which was closer to 6 months.

Took 30 minutes today for slack hygiene. Started feeling overwhelmed by the tons of channels/groupchats that I'm in for various reasons.
A combination of cleaning up starred, moving channels into proper sections, allowing some sections to show unread only, and just flat out minimizing some sections.
