If you go the coaching route, look for someone who's ICF certified (International Coaching Federation) - it's the gold standard that ensures you're working with a legitimate professional, not just someone using coaching as a buzzword.
That should stop the printer fix requests.
Coaching is about exploration - it stirs up creativity, fuels personal growth (professional/personal). Therapy focuses on identifying and changing troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to help heal psychological challenges. Both are valuable but serve different purposes
