Keeping a worry journal for before bed as part of my therapy process for insomnia. Filling a page with ease, and beginning to understand my problem.

I just remembered I had a fresh baked double fudge brownie inside a ziplock back waiting for me in my backpack that my work wife made for me for my birthday.

I like it! More frequent testing is a good thing, plus you don’t have to worry if you miss a pill or really think about it at all between shots. Big fan!

No! Crochet is not my forte, so my coworker and I did a craft swap. I built this bucket hat for her on my sewing machine and she crocheted me the granny square hat.

I’ve been getting it for I think three years now and it’s fine. I used to get incredibly sore and felt aches all over for a couple of days. But now it’s tender for a day or two, but tolerable. I love not taking a pill and getting sti screenings and blood work every 2 mo instead of every 3.
