my life this week

move to california and then first trump take national park with government shutdown, and now trump get us into war that will make it more expensive for us to do state and national parks in the state for driving there (obviously the whole killing people in iran thing is worse)

Drove Mel to handbell rehearsal *before* the service so they would be 2 minutes late instead of walking and being 20 mins late

so are they gonna re edit the ‘pain at the pump’ news video packages they produced in the Biden era to make them about the new war’s/current president’s influence or uhh…?

also laptop keyboards start to hurt my hands after awhile since I wanted to be a good student when it came to keyboarding/computer classes and I put more force on keys when typing

growing up w/ physical keyboards means that I have found out I have a preference for old school keyboards rather than laptop ones. this revelation brought to you by having to use an external keyboard bc my work laptop one is messed up

currently naming it Steve’s Starter since that’s the person we got it from

we now own an heirloom from one of the people at church (30 year old California sourdough starter child)

one way Californians are subconsciously trying to make me one of them/get us to stay is that we have gotten fresh fruit - oranges and lemons - on multiple occasions from people giving them away from their house at church
