The worst are the grief ambushes - I completely lost it earlier when I opened a drawer & saw a hairbrush she wanted last month - but I couldn’t find it then.
I lost my wife to cancer on 11/3. 11/11 would have been our 25th anniversary.
I always open my dishwasher, place the pan on the open door, and spray away. Clean up happens magically next time I run a load of dishes.
