We can’t let this govt or any other one sell it off piecemeal to private companies! We must fight to save it & enhance value of the staff who work there. From care staff & GPs, from doctors, nurses & technicians to support staff. They’re all important!🤔

As for me - I’m absolutely drained from the duplicitous nature of gov and various NHS bodies and the corrupt nature of it all that we’ve witnessed

The sheer disdain for society leaders are showing

They need to decide for themselves what sort of healthcare system they want.

As an informed member of the public - I’m petrified for the future of U.K. healthcare

I’ve spent the last 18 months of life highly dedicated to informing the public about the way the government is degrading the NHS, through the workforce plan, eg using PAs to replace doctors

In all honesty I’ve not opened an account on 🦋 to talk about that issue

To you it felt like a triage - I was trying to understand what was triage like about it.

And if it truly was that or was it something else.

It sounds like it was then possibly used to think about management plans going forward whether that was surgical management or otherwise etc

Was there any other purpose to the clinic?

Or that was the singular question?

What was the outcome and did they then create a plan?

What did that look like and what were next steps for your care journey? (As much or as little as you can/want to say)

Starting with the criteria used to recruit them here
The curriculum (it’s essentially a PgDip not a masters - the masters component is a dissertation)
How they are being used to replace doctors
Intentionally being left unregulated for 20 years etc etc

I think you need to follow the AMA more closely.

That’s definitely a key part of the issue re the consent and understanding of whom someone is speaking to and their skillset and remit/role etc

I’m intrigued to understand more about this specialist triage that was felt appropriate-

1) was this the first time you were seeing the ‘surgical team’ ?

But then with the £60 mil in commercial EBITDA - depending on what you are doing could be anything between £4.5 mil through to £9 mil.

S&P isn’t giving that.
