Sorry I didnβt actually get this. Maybe me being slow.
Sorry I didnβt actually get this. Maybe me being slow.
Wow blown away by the last 24 hours here.
Iβve come back to nearly a 1000 followers
Thanks for the β€οΈ
Think the X-odus has well and truly begun
π―
Itβs predetermined
The real truth will only come out 20 years later
Too tired of all this Anthoulla. Just wish there was some honesty and integrity in the system
β€οΈ
Hello :)
You lead the way here buddy - Iβm super tired of it all over on X.
Just send me dog photos here and Iβm happy :)
#SaveOurNHS
We canβt let this govt or any other one sell it off piecemeal to private companies! We must fight to save it & enhance value of the staff who work there. From care staff & GPs, from doctors, nurses & technicians to support staff. Theyβre all important!π€

Well that ship is sinking. I wonder if this will become similar.
I wonder if nonsensical folk will come here too.
Too kind ππ½
lol Iβve said I wonβt talk about this issue on this platform :)
But β¦ π
Thanks Charlie :) ππ½
Fresh air is needed indeed.
@megsenmumdr.bsky.social
You make hugely valid points.
That is a real risk yes.
I know someone will answer this - in fact Iβll point a couple of the right people to do so
But I think I just realised I donβt want to talk about the death of the NHS on here
But Richard- you get it - itβs crazy
bsky.app/profile/idrs...
But Iβm pretty exhausted from it all
And this platform - the way I want to use it is to help enable growth for myself and others.
The writing is on the wall for the healthcare system (unless thereβs a massive public uprising)
But I will keep out of the PA conversation on this platform ππ½
(4/4)
I hope the public do the right thing
As for me - Iβm absolutely drained from the duplicitous nature of gov and various NHS bodies and the corrupt nature of it all that weβve witnessed
The sheer disdain for society leaders are showing
(3/4)
My hope is that the public are more aware.
They need to decide for themselves what sort of healthcare system they want.
As an informed member of the public - Iβm petrified for the future of U.K. healthcare
(2/4)
Iβve spent the last 18 months of life highly dedicated to informing the public about the way the government is degrading the NHS, through the workforce plan, eg using PAs to replace doctors
In all honesty Iβve not opened an account on π¦ to talk about that issue
(1/4)
To you it felt like a triage - I was trying to understand what was triage like about it.
And if it truly was that or was it something else.
Anyway honestly Iβm not on Sky to talk about this issue.
I wish you the best in health and thank you for sharing.
And if thatβs the case - Iβm wondering why that wasnβt an SHO (but sounds more like a reg clinic) but possibly on the SHO side
The future generation of doctors would be desperate to get such experience
Without giving them this - we eventually kill the healthcare system going forward
Fair. Sorry I wasnβt trying to be invasive.
Thank you for sharing and I hope you are well.
Iβm trying to understand what the purpose was of the clinic
It sounds like it was then possibly used to think about management plans going forward whether that was surgical management or otherwise etc
Was there any other purpose to the clinic?
Or that was the singular question?
What was the outcome and did they then create a plan?
What did that look like and what were next steps for your care journey? (As much or as little as you can/want to say)
Odd.
Itβs more than that Richard
Starting with the criteria used to recruit them here
The curriculum (itβs essentially a PgDip not a masters - the masters component is a dissertation)
How they are being used to replace doctors
Intentionally being left unregulated for 20 years etc etc
I think you need to follow the AMA more closely.
And here is an example of what definitely should not be happening
:(
Glad to hear that response - sounds like a great PA there who truly wants excellence for patients
2) was the original referral from your GP?
3) was any consent etc taken during the consultation?
Many more questions but would be interesting to know some of this
Thatβs definitely a key part of the issue re the consent and understanding of whom someone is speaking to and their skillset and remit/role etc
Iβm intrigued to understand more about this specialist triage that was felt appropriate-
1) was this the first time you were seeing the βsurgical teamβ ?
But then with the Β£60 mil in commercial EBITDA - depending on what you are doing could be anything between Β£4.5 mil through to Β£9 mil.
S&P isnβt giving that.
