And so, even the idea of improvement through a dialectic process is itself corrected and improved. Disagreement is still needed for democracy to work, but it cannot involve bad faith agents who think democracy is a popularity contest.
Democracy is founded in a Hegelian idea of dialectics: opposing forces will extract the best from both and result in something better. It needs disagreement to properly work. Democracy is not a contest where the best argument wins, but a refinement process through trial, correction and improvement.

The courts did indeed provide some tough setbacks for Trump, and proved alongside regular people that he isn't strong, just loud. Don't underestimate the blows that land even if they don't bring him down immediately. Continue throwing punches and eventually they'll defeat him.
Å se konkurrenter hjelpe hverandre er alltid balsam for sjelen. Mennesker er ikke laget for konkurranse, men samarbeid. Kapitalisme er naturstridig.

Guess he doesn't need Congress' approval for anything, and now he *really* can do whatever he wants. It was *all* a practice run.
When POTUS can go to war without even involving Congress, it's not already a constitutional crisis, it's a total system failure. How was this even possible if the military didn't aleady accept orders from the president directly?

Tja, kan disse trusselvurderingene også bunne i konsekvenser av en politikk med økende utenforskap og forskjeller, den sterkestes rett og en fattigdom det ikke er mulig å komme seg ut av på lovlig vis?
