Has anyone done/ have any ideas on staff development which would work for a whole department including library and careers staff at all different levels? Possibly something around digital wellbeing/ managing time but open to ideas. Any thoughts welcome...

One of my aims for 2024 is to stop referring to 'only' or 'just' working part time. One, I don't, I work full time in 2 jobs. And, two, I think working part time requires more planning and organisation then when I worked 1 full time job!
