- Affirmative action/equal rights for minorities/women

- Public LGBTQ+ visibility (esp. trans people)

I don't know how much word policing has moved the needle. Maybe they'd be using a different word for these grievances.

Because the 'anti-woke' movement isn't really about people being upset they are being told that they can't say 'guys' anymore or being called racist because they said 'blackmail', it's just the next extension of what Atwater admitted in 1981 about the Southern Strategy. This gambit is timeless.

I don't disagree with the premise and people who do what you're describing are annoying but I absolutely don't think that even if not a single person had ever done what you're describing (which they shouldn't) that there would be any less of a populist reactionary crusade against 'woke'.
