Aber es wรคre auch an der Zeit, das System so zu adaptieren, dass es sinnvolle Maximalbetrรคge fรผr Familien gibt, die vergleichbar zu einem einfachen Gehalt mit Kinderbeihilfe, etc sind.
Neider wirdโs immer geben, aber solche Beispiele sind gefundenes Fressen.

Iโm trying to get an idea of the person who is on the other line - while asking technical and non-technical stuff.
I would imagine that there would be massive incoherences in terms of personality and connecting dots in complex scenarios. But would be interesting to look into this further.
Do you really think they could fake a good interview which checks for character, mindset and experience in complex scenarios, instead of just checking technical facts?
Some people soften the harshest reality with their presence.
How lucky to stumble upon such a soul; how warm they make you feel.
Also lack of appreciation and meaning.
Productivity is overrated. What counts most is the quality of output, not the quantity.
People may be impressed by the volume you produce, but impact depends on the value you create.
Success is not about getting more things done. It's about doing more worthwhile things well.

A game changer in hiring for me was when I realized, itโs about being sufficiently convinced that a person can thrive and succeed in this role.
And not just about โnotโ
finding ironclad evidence that the person would not succeed.
๐ฏ Hiring for skills is shortsighted. Hiring for mindset, adaptability, growth & development potential and personality is winning the long game.
Same as with health/activity tracking devices.
They are useful for calibration once in a while, but the goal should be that you feel what you need.
Your worth is not defined by what you achieve or acquire. Itโs a question of who you become and how you contribute to others.
Self-esteem should come from character, not success or status. The highest accomplishment is to be a person of generosity, integrity, curiosity, humility, and wisdom.
My heart goes out to all Syrian people who hope for a better future in their home country!
The future will tell how this will turn out, but it is a hopeful moment to see that regimes based on torture and horrific violence can come to an end.
