Spent yesterday at Northeast HS in Clarksville TN, the day before students came back.
They’re committing to implementing the 7 Steps schoolwide! Lots of thoughtful questions about consistency, routines, and how this actually plays out across classrooms.

Feels like a good time to slow the pace a bit and focus on the work that matters: strong visuals, solid routines, and space for kids to use their voice.
Language growth never takes a holiday!
Thanksgiving always makes me slow down and reflect on the work I get to do.
I’m genuinely thankful to be part of Seidlitz Education.
This team makes it possible to visit schools, work with teachers, and actually see language learning shift for kids. That’s a gift… and yeah, I’m grateful for that.
