I have to recuperate. My friend came back from Trinidad with some scorpion pepper sauce. Even though I was gentle with it. It destroyed my guts. And I suffered the worste heartburn. Yet still crave more.

Most if yesterday I thought it was Friday

When I drink coffee it's stove top espresso and one or two cups is all I can handle. But when I go to peoples houses that make drip coffee I can usually drink several cups. It still has an effect on me mind you.

I think these are important distinctions. When I hear people like @andrew-sigil.bsky.social say coffee does nothing. I wonder what kind of coffee it is.

It was weird. How it became a huge craze and died out nearly as fast.

When I drink caffeine over the period of a few months, I end up getting heartburn so bad it disrupts appetite.
Also I get high as fuck off two cups. If I drink more than that in a day I'm absolutely flying and need to drink a gallon of water to ground myself.
