We figured out the issue. My husband uses my Amazon account on his phone and he set up a passkey using his face on my account, years ago. So through his phone we set up a second passkey for my device. I never would have even thought of that.
But how do I set that up if I can’t even log into my account? The Apple Passkey app that I already have won’t let me create a new passkey for Amazon but it has the password saved. Amazon apparently won’t let me just log in with just my password anymore.
I have a password saved but it literally is just taking me in a circle when I scan the QR code and tells me I don't have a passkey saved for Amazon.
