I get what you're saying, and I agree. Would it be better if I phrased it as, "So disheartening that there isn't more affordable housing"?
It is so disheartening to see only 10% as below market rates.
I had a squeak problem. I put vaseline between the tongue and the top of the shoe (where it was rubbing), and it worked! Worth a try?
