My girlfriend mocked the lack of a WC in my #WoWHousing bathroom area, so naturally I ruined my sleep routine to install a marble, cushioned, fully functional one for her elf to park. Then I accidentally redesigned the entire room (and added an aquarium). Housing is sick. #wow

For me, one of the main benefits of the existence of things like Steam Machine –and I'll throw in the Switch 2 for the point– is pushing devs back to actually fucking optimize their games rather than expecting people to brute-force everything with an endlessly scaling PC hardware landscape.

I don’t have a strong opinion on grading when it comes to physically preserving a game with value for a collector. However, for me, preserving videogames in a broader sense as a medium necessarily involves ensuring their availability, accessibility, and backward compatibility across generations.

Recently released Amiibos have gone up quite a bit in price over the past couple years, but the quality and detail have also improved a ton. The Metroid Prime 4 Amiibo are a clear example of that — another big step up. #MetroidPrime4 #Amiibo #NintendoSwitch
