Enoch Burke has 'something to hide' over income - judge A High Court judge has said teacher Enoch Burke and his family could be using his court case to make money and that it was clear Mr Burke had "something to hide" about his income.

‘The judge repeated that to be released, Mr Burke does not have to give any undertaking to call a child they or them or to accept transgenderism. He simply had to agree not to trespass on the school’s property.’

Not common. But I often use nonsense sentences to embed grammar structures as students find them funny and engaging 😆

The main thing is that students get the relationships between words, especially singular/plural and verb agreement.

I try really hard to tune out of ads but obviously outs difficult to avoid completely.

Local petrol station plays an ad which claims ‘less emissions’.

Agree with this.

Language is about use and it changes all the time, even if we don’t like it.

I find the misunderstanding of less and fewer really tricky though. It just jars.

Just feel like if I know the people and their voice already, it just jars.

I’m very surprised (and disappointed) at the union response to all of this.
