I suspect these folks will find that global warming has tumbled down the list of Canadians' top concerns. Most are more worried - thanks to Trump's tariff threats - about whether or not they will have a job this time next year & will be able to keep the roof over their heads & food on the table.
Tesla sales dropped around 13 percent across Europe in 2024, but so far this year, the scale of the problem is far greater.
It's all up to the White House. Punitive tariffs = recession in Canada & countermeasures that will hurt American business. Despite the bluster & blarney from Trump, there will be no winners here.
Meanwhile, north of the 49th, folks are questioning their fondness for everything American. Driving here in a Tesla with American plates might not be the best idea you ever had. π
