I've suffered & survived so much trauma in life, the amount of PTSD can sometimes b overwhelming. But most days, I move thru it. Breathing exercises help. So does screaming. 😆
I found out last night the guy who roofied me/my drink in college at a frat party died 3 months ago. (Luckily, my friends took me home when they figured out something was wrong.)
