Anyone got any advice on how to get a software engineering job in this market? I am seriously at a loss for how hard it is right now. I have more than a decade in the tech industry. My usual job strategies are not working (heavily using networking). It feels so bleak after 9 months of searching.

I have never been good at making posts on platforms like this. I feel like everything I type out is cringy but not in that way that feels good to “embrace the cringe” but more lin the way of “wow you are an annoy pos”. 🤷🏻♂️
