Lesson learned yesterday: check if a recipe calls for dry or canned lentils because 780g of dry when it should have been wet is a big mistake to make. Lentils for days. Lentilgate.

Monday was my birthday, and a day of culture: French restaurant for lunch, followed by Jurassic World: Rebirth! Both great in their very different ways!
I mean the sun does also immediately spark the "cold drink in a beer garden" feeling, it's just that now I wonder if I can hang clothes out first 😅
This summery weather has got me excited to hang clothes outside to dry and setting reminders to water the vegetables... I've changed. I do love it though.

Nice thing from today: speed run felt good, got some life admin done, and this busy week is nearly done
Annoying things people do: take up the whole pavement walking two abreast, see me jogging towards them, plentiful eye contact. Then proceed to not move out of the way and be irked that I have run close to them. Very confusing.
