There were 3 renderings - all reduced car traffic from 3 lanes to 2. Wider sidewalks for people and restaurants. And all had a bike lane of some sort with a concrete curb. YAY! So excited for this!
The reason is that the sewer lines need to be redone and they wanted to incorporate this. Woohoo!
